JangoMail has been updating our web-based email marketing software’s user interface this year.
In JangoMail’s latest updates on June 8th, Campaign Reports has been updated to enhance the look of JangoMail’s user interface and make it easier to use.

To view the new, updated Campaign Reports – navigate to Reports and click Open Campaign Dashboard:
View the updated Campaign Reports interface. The same data is displayed, but in a slightly different, cleaner look:
Just as before in the Old Campaign Reports, click on a campaign’s Subject or any of its clickable # stats to view more details:
Now that you have clicked your Campaign’s Subject, you will see a summary of the Campaign’s details:
From here, you can use the NEW toolbar to jump to other stats, including: 1) go back to the Campaigns Reports dashboard, 2) Recipients, 3) Opens, 4) Clicks, 5) Disengagements, and 6) Undeliverables:
NEW – Hover over Disengagements in the toolbar to choose and view Unsubscribes and Complaints from the dropdown:
NEW – Hover over Undeliverables in the toolbar to choose and view Bounces and Blocks:
Search and filter has a new look and added options:
NEW – Use the new dropdown for Tag to search campaigns that you have tagged with JangoMail’s Campaign Tags.
NEW – Check one or both boxes at the bottom of the filter to search for “paused” or “errored” campaigns.
UPDATED – Instantly download reports with the new Export button.
We no longer offer the option to send the report as an email; instead export an instant report with the option to download a CSV or Microsoft Excel sheet.
