BCC and CC Email Marketing

Are BCC and CC email marketing tools? BCC means blind carbon copy. Addresses in the BCC field will not be visible to other recipients of the email message. CC means carbon copy and is a copy of a message sent to the main recipient. Unlike in BCC, CC addresses are visible to other message recipients. Using BCC and CC email marketing fields to keep track of email messages or meet regulatory requirements.

Specifying a BCC and CC address to receive a copy of every email message will send a copy of every email address sent to the specified addresses.

A good example of a time to send a marketing email with a CC address is when a message is from a corporation but the recipient has an account rep that should be copied. This way the recipient could follow up with their specific rep if they required further assistance.

With JangoMail the addresses in the BCC and CC email marketing fields can be personalized using code. This doesn’t have to be done manually.

It is important to note that using this feature would increase your send volume.
