Create Automated Email

Autoresponders is a term that describes automated email marketing messages. Autoresponders could be one message or a series of messages. These are set up to send after a customer takes a particular action or series of actions.

For example, autoresponders allow you to send an email to everyone who completes a signup form on your website. After the form was completed an email would automatically be sent out to them. You could also send a coupon, or follow-up.

Once set up, Autoresponders will run until you stop them. There is no need to take any action to keep them going. So they allow you to focus on other marketing functions.

The best part? Autoresponders receive a higher level of interaction than regular email marketing messages. These messages are being sent to addresses that have already interacted with your brand – they’re hot prospects!
Autoresponders are different than a triggered email because they are set up to deploy at a set time after an action is taken. For example, if you set your autoresponder to send the message 3 hours after joining, then the email will be sent 3 hours past the member’s submission date. If you set your autoresponder to 0 hours, the email will be sent immediately.
