Challenge Responses

What if a recipient's email service sends back a "challenge" message, with a link that you need to click to prove you're a human before your message is delivered?

JangoMail allows you to specify not only the email address to which regular replies will be sent. You may also specify a different address so someone can respond to these challenges as efficiently as possible. You can properly deal with challenge responses through JangoMail.

This feature is only enabled when using a branded subdomain with JangoMail, where replies to campaigns are directed through us before routing to the customer.

This is another JangoMail feature designed specifically to make your life much easier. You will no longer need to manually go through and make sure these messages are sent to the correct address.
